Refurbishment Contracts

Since 1983 we have undertaken numerous types of  refurbishment jobs which have all been completed to clients satisfaction. Refurbishment is a skill in its own right and many fixers who are frequently on new builds find these projects too messy and hard work for their liking, this is often reflected in the work standard they produce.

To be able to accomplish these jobs with limited disruption and fuss, it always helps if fixers have plenty of experience and like these type of jobs.

Planning and execution with these projects are key to their success and our experience really comes into its own when delivering these in the time frame given as well as on budget.

The other aspect to why you should consider using our services is that we actually enjoy doing them, we find refurbishment much more rewarding as we can see the transformation and the clients reaction to the new look building.  This is reflected in our standard of work.
